My personal journey and my professional journey are deeply interwoven, in a most perfect way that only Spirit (my name for Source/God/Universe) could have orchestrated. I think we can only help people heal to the extent that we have done our own healing work. I have done A LOT of my own work- I'm still on that path, because the work is never "done", but I am now on the other side and am able to share my experiences and story to help others.

I have been in the trenches, survived childhood trauma, multiple sexual assaults, domestic violence, and combat deployment as a flight nurse. I've dealt with infertility, then unplanned pregnancies, post-partum preeclampsia, breastfeeding struggles, post-partum anxiety and depression, autoimmune disease, PTSD, stress of raising 4 kids and maintain a full time profession in conventional healthcare. I reached a point of complete and total burnout- like, lying on the floor sobbing for days, ready to give up. I knew things had to change, that I couldn't live that way any more, and so I leaned into the pain and discomfort and started to feel it, release it and heal.

My own personal struggles have led me on this path of healing and learning, and I started to collect knowledge, skills, and certifications that I have used to help heal myself. Now I get to use my experience and these tools and certifications to help others.

Let me be clear...I am not here to heal you... only you have the power to heal yourself.

Your body, your spirit, your soul and the divine intelligence and love within you have the ability to heal you. I am just here as a conduit, a channel, to guide you to connect with that inner power and wisdom, to help you interpret the messages of your body and spirit, and learn to heal yourself.

I can hold the container, give you the tools, and help light the path for you, but you have to do the work- I can't do that for you.

I believe that I am here to share my story in a very real, honest, open and vulnerable way, and that through my sharing, others may relate, feel less alone, less broken. Maybe they can feel seen, and accepted, and loved and maybe catch a glimmer of hope inside again.
